Terms of Sale

These terms govern the sale of access to Radar NextData — Rapport Cockpit 4 Flux (accès privé, abonnement mensuel), published by NextData SARL (“NextData”), through the JVZoo payment platform.

1. Purpose

The product is private digital access to the 4-Flux Cockpit: a decision-support tool that generates a personalised economic-intelligence report from aggregated public data. Access is strictly personal.

2. Price and payment

• Plans offered, by subscription:
  • Starter — 47 USD/mois: 10 distinct reports per calendar month (reopening a report already generated within the month does not consume a new unit), CSV export not included.
  • Pro — illimité — 97 USD/mois: unlimited reports and CSV export included.
  • Pass annuel — illimité — 970 USD/an: the same rights as the Pro — illimité plan, billed annually.
• The Starter price of 47 USD/mois is a launch price reserved for early members; the reference price is 197 USD/mois. The price subscribed to remains acquired for as long as the subscription is not interrupted.
• The subscription is automatically renewed each month, at the same price, until the subscriber cancels it. The first charge occurs on subscription, subsequent ones on each monthly anniversary date.
• Cancellation with no commitment: at any time from the JVZoo buyer area or by writing to us. Cancellation stops future charges; access remains active until the end of the monthly period already paid for, with no pro-rata refund.
• Payment is processed securely by JVZoo (and its providers: PayPal, cards). NextData has no access to your bank card details.
• The price is stated exclusive of any taxes payable by the buyer under their own jurisdiction.

3. Delivery

After JVZoo confirms payment, a private access link is sent to the e-mail address used at subscription, generally within a few minutes. That access remains active for as long as the subscription does, subject to these terms.

4. Right of withdrawal and refund

As the product is digital content delivered immediately, you nevertheless benefit from a 3-day money-back guarantee, detailed in our refund policy.

5. Acceptable use

• Access is individual and non-transferable; sharing the private link is prohibited.
• Any attempt at bulk extraction, resale or abusive automated use may lead to suspension of access without refund.

6. Nature of the data and absence of any guarantee of results

The Cockpit draws on public sources (World Bank, TED/EU, GDELT, indicators) aggregated on an indicative basis. No figure is invented, but NextData guarantees neither exhaustiveness, nor perfect accuracy, nor any commercial or financial result. The tool is decision support; the decisions taken and their consequences are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

7. Liability

NextData’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the product. NextData cannot be held liable for indirect damages.
