Privacy policy

NextData SARL (“NextData”) respects your privacy. This page explains which data we process and why, in the context of purchasing and using Radar NextData.

Data we process

  • Purchase data: your name, e-mail and transaction receipt, transmitted by JVZoo after payment, in order to deliver and manage your access.
  • Data entered in the Cockpit: company, sector, keywords, geography, objective — used solely to generate your report. The company name entered may be retained in aggregated form for usage monitoring.
  • Payment data: processed exclusively by JVZoo and its providers. NextData never accesses your bank card details.

Purposes and legal basis

  • Performance of the contract: delivering and maintaining your access.
  • Legitimate interest: security, abuse prevention, service improvement.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. It is shared only with the providers strictly necessary (JVZoo for payment, our host, our e-mail delivery service).

Retention

Purchase data is retained for as long as necessary to manage your access and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, object to, restrict and delete your data. To exercise it, contact our Data Protection Officer (DPO) at contact@nextdata.ma. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNDP, the Moroccan authority competent for personal data protection.

Cookies

The site uses necessary technical cookies (session, basic attribution measurement). No advertising data is resold.
