How to request a refund
Write to contact@nextdata.ma from the e-mail address used for the purchase, quoting your JVZoo transaction receipt. You may also contact JVZoo support directly, as they process payments.
Processing
The refund is issued via JVZoo / the original payment method.
The time to credit depends on your bank or PayPal (usually 5 to 10 business days).
Once the refund is issued, your private access link is deactivated.
